To our Venezuelan Breast Cancer Paddling Family
On behalf of the International Breast Cancer Paddlers' Commission and the entire global IBCPC community, we want you to know that our thoughts are with you following the recent earthquakes to affect your region.
We know that moments like this test communities in ways that are hard to put into words, and we want you to know that you are not facing this alone. The IBCPC family stretches across the world, and right now, every one of us is standing with you — in spirit, in solidarity, and in whatever practical support we can offer.
Your team (so recently formed) has embodied the strength, resilience, and courage that define this movement. We have seen it in how you paddle, and we know we will see it now in how your community comes together to support one another through recovery.
Please let us know if there is anything IBCPC can do to support you — whether that is sharing your story with the wider community, helping coordinate support, or simply being a listening ear. Our door, and our hearts, are open.
