In Canada we contribute to the respective Government regulated compensation funds in Ontario and British Columbia and in Australia we are a licensed travel agent which incorporates the Travel Compensation Fund so your money is always safe.
Q. Have you been in business a long time?
A. With over 38 years of experience, Goway is one of the oldest and most established travel operators.
Q. Are your sales staff experts in the destinations they sell?
A. All of our front line staff have either lived in and/or traveled to the destinations
they sell. We encourage you to ask around about our reputation.
Q. Are your prices competitive?
A. Our reputation, our experience and our volume of business gives us the purchasing power to have the most competitive prices in the marketplace.
Q. Do you handle groups?
A. We have dedicated Groups Only Departments in both our North American and Australian offices who are experts at customizing innovative itineraries for groups/teams of 10 or more passengers traveling together. We have handled many types of sports groups from high school/college sports teams to many large world sporting events such as the Commonwealth Games in Melbourne, the World Police and Fire Games in Adelaide in 2007, the World Dragonboat Championships in Sydney in 2007 and the Dragons Abreast Event in Caloundra in 2007. Goway has also been appointed the official travel company in North America for the World Masters Games in Sydney in 2009.
Q. Do you sell air?
A. In the travel industry we are known as a consolidator. We work with all the leading carriers flying to our destinations and will offer you with the best airfares and routings available. For the best value, we recommend purchasing our land/air packages that have been customized for your specific destination and event.
Q. What if I do not want to travel in a group?
A. We are specialists in handling independent travel; we are your ‘one-stop-shop’ for all your travel requirements.

Q. Can I travel with a group and deviate at the end of the tour?
A. We encourage you to travel with your team/group on the air/land package specifically designed for your team, and, if you are lucky enough to have the time, by all means stay longer and explore on your own. We will organize all your separate arrangements fro our vast array of choices: self-drives, coach tours, backpacker transport, chauffeur limos, cruise, trains, tours and more.
Q. Do you sell travel insurance?
A. Please do not think that things will never happen to you when you go globetrotting…protect your investment in the event of unexpected occurrences. For a moderate price, you can insure yourself against losses before and during your travels with Goway’s own special travel insurance plan.
